With more than 25 years of combined experience in education, we offer a collaborative and compassionate approach to supporting families and schools. Our team’s background spans general education, special education, ESE program staffing, and the ownership and operation of a private school dedicated to individualized learning. We have facilitated over 12,000 IEP meetings and are formally trained in Facilitated IEP practices and matrix development. As both educators and parents of children with special needs, we value the importance of partnership and understand the IEP process from multiple perspectives—professional, advocate, and caregiver. Our shared mission is to work alongside families, empowering them with clarity, confidence, and meaningful support as they navigate the special education system.

Review and Analysis of Records
After our initial consultation, the next step is for you to share your child’s IEP, evaluations, meeting notes, or any other relevant documents. We will conduct a thorough review and analysis to identify strengths, gaps, and areas that may need clarification or improvement. This in-depth evaluation helps us understand your child’s unique needs and determine how we can best support you moving forward. Document review is billed at $120 per hour, with a detailed summary of findings and recommendations provided.
Dedicated Support
Once the document review is complete, we will schedule a follow-up meeting to go over our findings in detail and discuss personalized recommendations. During this session, we will explain any concerns, highlight areas that may need adjustment, and help you understand your options for moving forward. From there, we can work together to prepare for upcoming IEP meetings, develop questions to ask the school team, or provide ongoing advocacy and support based on your family’s needs.
Meeting Preparation and Follow Up
After we review the findings together, the final step is implementing the support plan that best fits your family’s needs. This may include ongoing consultation, attending IEP meetings with you, helping draft parent input statements, reviewing school proposals, or coaching you through advocacy strategies. We will work side-by-side to ensure your child’s services, accommodations, and supports are truly aligned with their needs. Our goal is to give you continued guidance, clarity, and confidence throughout every stage of the IEP process.
